SongDrop.link ("SongDrop," "we," "us") delivers music links, exclusive content, and fan experiences during live events. This policy explains what we collect when you use a SongDrop drop page and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number, submitted to unlock a drop and to receive future drops and VIP offers.
• Consent records: the consent language you agreed to, its version, and the date/time, kept to document your opt-in.
• Usage & device data: your IP address and basic engagement events (e.g. that a drop page was opened, a link was tapped, or content was shared), used for analytics and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To give you access to the drop and the music/links you requested.
• To send you a confirmation email and, if you opted in, recurring marketing about future drops, releases, and VIP opportunities.
• To send text messages about drops only if you provided your phone number and checked the SMS consent box. Message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
• To measure engagement for artists, promoters, and venues, and to keep the service secure.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider and hosting), and with the artist, promoter, or venue associated with a drop you engaged with, for their own follow-up. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• Email: unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Access/deletion: email us (below) to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business purposes, unless you ask us to delete it.
